These large primal roasts come from the front shoulder and bring home some seriously rich and beefy (I did it) flavor.  A good soak and carve it into slices, little pan sauce and you’re swimming in good times.  There are some fun variations to be had here.  If you order your going to get a note from us asking if you want Arm Roasts, Chuck Eye Roasts, or Bone In Chuck Eye Roasts.  All a little different but none will disappoint.
